Kaospilot, the alternative business, design and leadership education in Denmark will run for the third time in Finland its acclaimed 3-day masterclass for educators.
The masterclass is hosted by South-eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, XAMK / Creative industries research unit in co-operation with Open Creative House in Espoo.

What and why?
The three-day masterclass has been designed to enable educators, facilitators and trainers to explore experiential ways of offline and hybrid learning design.
The aim is to inspire and facilitate creativity, engagement, innovation and risk in offline and hybrid learning design, spaces and education.
The Designing & Facilitating Learning Spaces Masterclass will train participants in experiential learning and teaching as well as the art of facilitation and curating the pursuit of knowledge. This will involve learning processes, strategies, increased engagement and safe offline and hybrid learning spaces.
